Digital Modular Network based Broadcast Console.
The Axite is D&R's latest addition to a growing series of broadcast consoles.

Its completely modular design in control surfaces and I/O rack makes it
the logical choice for standardization in a broadcast environment.

The Axite can be used for small local 6 fader desktop use as well as large scale
(128 faders max) production work and everything in between.

This example configuration of the AXUM digital mixing console has a control surface of 12 Motorfaders and a CRM/Studio section, ready to be used.

The I/O rack ONE is loaded with the following cards:

  • 1x Axum Rack Engine
  • 1x Axum Power Supply
  • 1x Axum DSP processor for 32 stereo channels
  • 1x Mic AD (4xMic input and 8x GPIO
  • 2x Line AD (8x mono or 4 stereo line inputs and 8x GPIO)
  • 1x Line D/A (8x mono or 4x stereo, 8x GPIO)
  • 1x D/D card with sample rate converter (4xAES3 out/in and 8x GPIO)
  • 1x CRM D/A Card (2xstereo, 2x Headphone and 8x GPIO)
  • 8x Blind frontpanels for more I/O cards
  • 4x Break out panels

See for more specific info our website www.d-r.nl

This a complete working system with 12 faders, 97 switches, 12 encoders and 4 potentiometers. 20 mono inputs, 24 mono outputs and 80 GPIO

The AXUM is a modular platform that can grow with you and your organization any time any moment.
I/O cards can be shared between systems and a Broadcast station that has decided to use the AXUM as their main and support mixers can be sure to have invested in a future proof product. The AXUM is designed by a company that has a successful track record of 37 years of mixing console design.
A large matrix of 1280x1280 with extensive signal processing on a maximum of 128 stereo channels is available that can be assigned to Sixteen stereo summing mixing busses and sixteen monitor buses.

Imagine a console where you can determine what a switch/encoder or fader will do for you. Not possible?.
With the AXUM this is possible and... you can do that yourself by selecting a function out of hundreds of  functions simply selectable in your browser.
Two control surfaces in different studios sharing the same I/O rack is also no problem for the AXUM platform.
